Capt Todd MacGregor is a 2nd generation charter fishing guide who has continuously held a USCG Captain’s License since 1985.

Captain Todd MacGregor has been hired by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Div. of Marine Fisheries to tag Stripers, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to catch and test Stripers for Human consumption and has been the subject and mentioned in over 100 newspaper and magazine articles.
Capt. MacGregor has also been the hired Captain for numerous inshore and offshore Tournament and has produced winners including Mr. John Whittemore’s #1 & #2 placing Striper and #2 placing Bluefish in the 2011 Schwartz Center benefit Tournament and the 2007 Tri-State Canyon shootout.
MAC-ATAC Sportfishing is always happy to take clients fishing for a variety of other species such as mackerel, fluke, scup, sea bass, and/or tautog; season permitting. We are also happy to take offshore trips for school Tuna, Shark and Mahi-Mahi during July, August, and September.
We welcome "Family Fun Day” charters which offers anchoring around the Elizabeth Islands. Enjoy swimming off the boat, exploring the shoreline, tubing, and of course "fishing".
